Fully-Automatic Washing, Filling and Capping Machine for Jar/5 Gallons

This is fully-automatic washing, filling and capping machine which can be divided as detergent inner flushing, the recycled pure water inner flushing, and pure water inner flushing. This part consists of air ram, air solenoid valve etc. First, taking off the Housing Windows of the machine washing act of bottles/jars is done. After finishing the washing, water filling head will automatically start filling water. Then bottles will be pushed to the Capper position after water is filled, and bottles will carry the caps by the Cap Arrange Groove. Capper automatically presses down and closes caps steadily.
