The Slitting system is High –Speed slitting machine, on exact sizes on materials. Installed the High –speed Slitting system equipped with computer closet Length counter and line speed control by EPC. EPC adopts with adopts with photoelectric tracking. Rewinding and unwinding with automatic type of centrifugal blower. To ensure the accordance, control by sensor system.
Central Sealing System
Central Sealing is specialized in the production of PVC agglutination heat shrinkable film adhesion function special equipment. To ensure the quality, the technology adopts frequency control, can be adjusted freely. Glue supply system adopts automatic metering pump, have glue supply accurate, uniform, durable, no leakage, after the agglutinate material is solid and reliable. This machine is also a compact structure, adhesive width accurate, productivity high reliable performance, etc. The capacity is 300 M/minutes.
Cutting/ Sizing System
Computer control with auto cutting machine by control stepping motor Running system. There is no any single pcs variation in quantity as counting also done by auto computing. This is widely reliable and accurate system even in sizes. The capacity is 3000 pcs /minutes.
Lamination System :
Solvent less lamination machines are used for laminating two substrates by applying adhesive on one substrate and nipping it other substrate. As no solvent are used so we get odor free laminate for packing food items.
Cylinder System:
All the cylinder is only uses the electronic cylinder and we have done carefully warehouse and indicating system for long run uses.
